Terry:
Yes it does but Holley and Quadrajets both use a 5 1/8 air cleaner. The only thing to watch when using one on a Q-Jet, sometimes it requires a slight modification because the accelerator pump lever may hit. Also when used on a Pontiac carb, a hole needs to be drilled for the front vent tube. Easy fix for both.

Thanks goes out to Dick Ullrich [aks FED387] for a factory air filter base that works with the side hung float bowl.

Dick sent a full service package with attaching hardware and instructions. I like it when racers help racers.
