Maybe Sunoco only bought one year. So many hate that stuff, I can not imagine them selling enough to come out too far ahead on the money end.

I was told by a VP rep. that the RFQ during the bidding process was for a 10 year contract.

Man, that is depressing. I see the Sumoco guys standing around a lot. Not selling fuel. I wonder why? LOL
