Slightly off subject but the name Tommy Lewis rang a bell. Back in the eighties George Howard paid $40,000 for a bracket race in Commerce. I got down to 8-10 cars and a guy from the Nashville named Tommy Lewis sent me home and he won all the money, must be the same racer. I paid 500 to race and won 500.

I have only seen him race at Bristol car #2947 Fletcher N.C. no other info, hope this helps Everett
