Milodon has two covers that the oil line goes in straight instead from the back. One is for remote filters and one has the oil filter base built in.

I have had several 65-68 cars with that system. It doesn't look like it will work but it does. When you get thru torching the stock motor bracket to fit the lines there's not much left of it. But that's how people did it in the 70's and 80's. They also used a torque strap to catch the motor in case the motor mount failed.

How about putting an elephant ear on the left side and removing the stock mount and bracket ? You could then keep the dual pickup, as is .

I just put that mount on as a reference to where it sits in the k frame..still will have the fitting out the back hitting the k frame...so I'm gonna either have to cut the k frame or get the different oil pump cover

You may have to trim off the bracket the mount fits over. My Belvedere has a dual pickup setup with no left mount and a single elephant ear. No interference issues.
