I have had a Competition License since the 80's and the only reminder of the expiration has been lately on NHRA Racer.com. Every so often they post a note to look at your expiration date.
I have always set my expiration dates for everything to be in December or January to make it easier on me. My License, belts, flexplate, shields etc. all expire in the off season so it is easier for me to keep up with. I am old and with expirations throughout the year would not be good for me.
The License reminder would be something that should be easy to send a reminder via email as it is on Membership. The racer sends money in both cases to NHRA so it should be in their best interest to send a reminder for everything that the racer sends them money for.
Should be a no brainer.

I have always been sent reminders in the mail for my competition license renewal. And not just 1, as I am not renewing until I need to. Our division office is local, so I go in to pay, unless that is the difference on getting notices I am not sure? The notice comes from Glendora.

I have the same issue with ND not being synced with my competition license. It would be nice to have the same date for both items when filling out a tech card. Since we have to subscribe to ND to compete, there shouldn't be an issue with correcting the subscription to match and be due at the same time as our competition number.

I spoke with CA this morning. When you are ready renew your license call 800-859-9111. If your have a credit due because your membership didn't end when your license expired they will tell you the amount to deduct from the new fee structure. Since my membership was paid thru the end of 2018 I have a credit of $128 to deduct from the new fee's when I send in my renewal tomorrow.

Can someone interpret this mumbo jumbo for me?
What does it mean to ME, in other words?

Okay let's put it this way.
I have an NHRA membership and Stock number ...Both expired ,less than a year.
If I want to drive a 12 second Stocker in April, what do I need to do?

I believe all you do is fill out the form below and send it in with the payment. I think you want a 5B. There is a line for requesting an expired number.

My question: The form you send in has lines for qualification passes if you need them. If you race a class requiring passes, do they send the form back to you to take to the track?

Since I'm out for another year with another back surgery my son will be driving next year. This will be a new license. The car will run SS/G or H with him. Is it just send the money in or ????. Hope to make 2 or 3 next year with him driving. Thanks.

I made the above comment but I must resend that now.
I looked in my spam folder last night and found a message from NHRA dated the end of November informing me my License and Competition Number is about to expire. Actually it is January 31 expiration.
Evidently NHRA is sending emails out about expirations.
Sorry for not making sure I was making a true statement as above.
