Florida over length permit

What is the process of getting the permit? Information would be appreciated.

Called FDT yesterday asked what the limit was and was told 68'. I remeasured my rig and it's 68"4" . The chances of having a problem over 4" are slim at best but that would be my luck just to easy to get the permit
