Because something else outside of this place couldn't of possibly happened...it must be that he's hiding from you right? He couldn't possibly working or whatever, he's hiding so he doesn't have to cough up a few dollars or promise a subscription right?

And the guy talking on the cell phone in that movie in 2007, don't forget him too....

Dave even said he will pay for your subscription, just so you are happy and not even a thank you??

He ain't hiding, been here and elsewhere promoting his latest magazine. What he is not doing is making it right. Bottom line is I paid for a subscription for a magazine because of and knowing he was the editor and I did not recieve it nor did I get a refund.

John wasn't the owner, he was an employee. Someone may owe you money, but it's not JD. He doesn't have it to refund, never did. Anything he does would be a gift, not a refund. Personally, I'd let the 80/20 rule guide me on this if it were my decision.

Maybe you didn't get a reply because you didn't contact him via his email, as he instructed you to. I don't think it would be that difficult to do so, or do you think he should play by your rules?

I don't recall anyone setting the rules when I paid for a subscription that I never received.

He asked here what can he do now and stated he wanted to make it right. I made it easy, stating he could give me a subscription.

As of now, he hasn't made any attempt to make it right and I don't expect he will. It's not about the $ to me, it's the principle.
