I was off by a tick.
2016 Super Pro/Pro/Sportsman section: Roll bar mandatory: 11.00 - 11.49 all cars. Roll cage mandatory: 10.99 or quicker / 135+. Full-bodied cars, with unaltered firewall, floor, and body (from firewall rearward, wheel tubs permitted), running between 10.00 (*6.40) and 10.99 (*6.99), roll bar permitted in place of roll cage. Thanks, point taken on the "butchering".....LOL.
I have been reading the rulebook & learning a bit, seems i am confined to the street style events without a roll bar, wealh of info on this forum, thanks! |

I would do the roller bar and belts . Run bracket pro class and the 11.00 index at some div. races with alittle de-tuning . I don't think its listed as a stocker in the books yet . I know a guy who had a new mustang who put a roller cage in it raced for a year . He cut the bar out and traded it in for a newer mustang you could tell are was a bar in it .They were very carefull with the carpeting . Just don't take it in for warranty work/recalls . LOL
