That car was a really nice car when Bobby had it in division 3 he raced it alot and worked on it alot. He was a funny guy (haha) miss those days. Hope you get the car and have as much fun as Bobby did.

Managed to trace a good bit about the early history with everyones help yesterday. Does anyone have contact info for Ed O'Brien ?

Could be Rodney Parks from Ft. Worth, his NHRA # was 4361........
I think he sold it to a guy from Waxahachie or that area...

My brother bought it from a guy in Alvarado Texas, I believe it was raced by a guy name of Mike (don't remember his last name) worked at a machine shop in Fort Worth. I think his last name was Foster?

Ed "Cryin" O'Brien left us a few years ago after figuring out he couldn't insult *all* of the members of this site, although he tried his best! He was last heard to be a unlicensed cannabis tester at Dope Is Us in Denver. Jim

I raced it at Winternationals around 2004 or 2005 with CW driving it in 1st round
in stock. Never saw it in Div. 7 after that ( O'Brien hated my guts even then).

Have all either owned or drove it since early 2000's here in DFW area. Been sitting a bit these last couple years, was at Ennis last month but a good car for the money. Be a good car to dive into the stock world, or a good car for the wagon lovers.
