Some say Charlie is a little out spoken. Don't know never met or talked to him but seems to me only problem is for others in the class he wants to runs as like Jason he can always in time make his car as quick as or faster than the comp. No body yet has been able to put the blue oval in the P/S winners circle that I know of but if it is possible I think he will get it there and that's with almost no help if any from FORD

HOPE IN TIME HE WILL DO IT! WOULD LOVE TO SEE A FORD TAKE A WALLY just to make the class a little more interesting to watch cause right now it ain't so

I didn't want to inject anymore "spew" into this thread BUT........And I see Wescott reads these posts............if Ford has such little interest in Pro Stock.....read that ZERO , why give them the satisfaction of "showcasing" their product?
And from a Chrysler guy.........why not just stick with a Dodge?

Because he has always been an innovator and enjoys the challenge.

Also, from what I have read, Chrysler did nothing but try to sell him parts for a ridiculous amount of money when he asked about going pro stock racing. Nice payback for all the time, effort and money he put into dominating the hemi challenge, and making the whole program a lot more competitive.

Ford, on the other hand, sold him a bunch of bare heads and blocks at a significant discount, as they were going to be scrapped after their decision to drop out of NHRA drag racing.

More of the Wescott fan club ............has spoken.
Obviously , he has a passion for drag racing , just like the rest of us.
The Hemi challenge was a completely different dynamic.
The "Pro Stock" challenge , my guess , is going to prove to be extremely taxing for an individual .
No doubt , there was little place else to go after the Hemi stuff.

Charlie is an innovator who makes most of his parts; and he is a relentless worker who will not be afraid of, or back down from, the challenge that he faces.

Westcott should have cleared it with you before going into pro stock. He should have known that you would think he was wasting his time, especially after not winning an event by his second time out. What a failure.

Yeah, I'm sure he'll hang his head in defeat for not seeking your approval first and relying on your powerful psychic ability to predict his success. He must have been avoiding you, knowing that you would have bad news for him.

I'm sure he, and all of us rooting for him, will be disappointed when he is forced to throw in the towel after hearing about your expert and professional opinion.

Thanks for letting us know.

You're an *******.
If he has something to say he can speak on his own behalf.
I'm sure he sits back and "gloats" reading these comments from his small army of nutswingers.
Get off my back.
