Back in 1987 or 1988 at Eddyville, Iowa (an 1/8th mile track ?) I recall seeing a similar Hemi Dart with the name on the door "Fast Eddie". This car has probably been identified and could possibly be the same car.

Here is a YouTube video that might be helpful. Looks like the same car that I saw back then. Are these the same car ?

Ed Wheeldon of Delta, Iowa. I don't know the history on it, but it is an original.

Ex-Wayne County Modified Production car. It was raced as "The Violater" before that.
