When I first saw the "Earthquake" at Dover Drag Strip it had a bang in the pipes like great Max Wedge motors do and it instantly became my favorite race car.

I didn't know Louie Vignogna then, but came to know him pretty well as years went by, along with his wonderfully sweet wife Chris and their son Jimmy who I believe still has the car.

Great people and one of the coolest cars I can remember.

Frank, is it the angle or do the rear wheels look a little too forward in the wheel well?
