No, it goes like this....

A guy buys a body in white after the 2009 PRI Show when it is not guaranteed that GM Performance would still exist in 2010 and beyond. The BIW finally showed up in the Fall of 2010. That same guy was told at the 2011 PRI Show that if the COPO did actually get built he was unlikely to be selected for one. So, he went home and started construction on a stocker instead. He then got the call from Chevrolet that he was getting a COPO. The BIW project got put to the side. In 2013 when he was told that he couldn't have a second COPO that guy went back to work on his BIW (And purchased another BIW, but that story is for another time). Guess what, that guy got the call that he could indeed buy a second COPO in 2014. So, the BIW got pushed to the side again. A decent specification was released yesterday. Care to guess what that guy is going to do?
