Last month I was going to buy a magnafuel pump because they posted contingency. I am glad I read this because I decided to go with quickfuel instead, may have been a few bucks more but I have never had a problem getting payed by them.

why do you guys think that in the year 2016 any manufacturer should pay you for using their products? The 90s are long gone no mind the 60s. Ever heard of the internet? These manufactures no long need you to sell product and know you are going to use it whether they pay or not. Mark Williams didn't go out of business and neither has any other manufacturer that either no long pays contingency or has drastically changed their participation and/or policy towards contingency $. Further salt in the wound... it's a safe bet that those t shirts, hats and decals on the participants and their cars on that show that promotes illegal street racing sell far, far more product in one season of shows that all the wins combined in any season of racing.

If they post it, they should pay. Period. No problem with companies that do not post or create their own private contingency program. Just do what you promised.

I agree, if they post, they should pay.

Not that anyone in S/SS would use a restrictor plate, but I have been using a setup from EZ Plate and they pay $100 per win (max of two) for the first two years, then $100 for a win in year three and on........ They pay me within a week of uploading the info on their website. I have collected $400 from him so far in two years.
