Yes they do, and even the frontage road to the track is lined up with spectator vehicles once the parking lot fills up. Great people there too!

Looks like they advertise well and spectators come out. I wish that would happen around here. The divisional races look like a ghost town most of the time, especially at Pacific Raceways. (no radio or t.v. ads)
