If car counts are going to be lowered, maybe NHRA should qualify 32 car fields, but allow 55 entries. Bring back performance to a performance based category!

I agree with Charley. I've went to divisionals 4-5 hours away with a $500 budget...

My total bill for entry, tow fuel and race fuel was less than $ 400. I have my own lodging and bring my own food. Of course that does not count for the wear on the trailer tires all 6 of the dually's tires, if someone wants to go deep and analyze costs that way...
