Standard factory rod with those letters cast on them. Only rod we ever got beside the max wedge one, should be 20 or 30 laying around somewhere.

I think the rods are forged, much stronger than cast.

Ii I'm not mistaken all Chrysler rods, till the current stuff, where forged, 273-318-340-361-383-440-426

LY rod was standard 440 rod from 66 to 71 or so.
It is forged....Weak link is factory rod bolt.
