That is a messed up statement. You just insulted every racer that works like a dog to have/maintain a quick racecar. The real problem is the group of slow guys that want this change free of any workload or effort. CN

So a U stocker running 1.30 under put in no workload or effort. I think you just insulted slower index cars. My statement was based on wanting change and not who works harder.

How about looking at it this way? A little different aspect instead of fast cars versus slow cars.
What if you drove a G/SA that was the national record holder or close, but in eliminations, your opponent is an A/SA which is still dialed quicker than you, but not qualified nearly as high under his index as the G/SA.

If an I/SA car runs 11.10 on a 12.30 index.....That's 1.20 under..... If an A/SA car runs 10.60 on an 11.00 index.......That's .40 under..... So which one is the slow car and which one is the fast car???? The A/SA car has very little investment in going FAST but the I/SA has spent time and money to go FAST.......... You should try it sometime so you will understand what is fast and what is slow......

You guys are a blast, thank you for the entertainment. You really oughta try bracket racing. No agendas there and no one really cares who is fast or who is slow. Merry Christmas everyone.

Your right. Lately I have to talk myself into keep going forward with stocker build. Running out of excuses as to why.

Hi Charlie! But I DO bracket race every chance that I can. It always made sense to me to build a car that was a legal Stocker that I could bracket race.

Some of you all are missing what is fast.
Going down the drag strip at 150 mph. Going through Wal-Mart parking lot at 30 mph. Ohhh Billy goes bracket racing. Like dialing in is a sin for a bracket race. I'll remember that when I dial in against a faster car in Stock Eliminator. Ron Ortiz U/SA got in D6 thread again, look out other D's
