i went ahead and ordered some 28x10.5 pro bracket radials today. can't wait to try them. this car has good suspension, and like someone said above its just a amc it won't make enough power to spin them anyway. |

Hope they work out good for you. Give us an update after you run them some, let us know how you like them. Did they speed you up vs. old tires, etc.

Good decision. My nephew has been running them for 2 seasons now on his 10 second 1980 Spirit. He really likes them. Faster than bias, they last like regular slicks & don't give up their bite when wear marks are gone.

Mickey Thompson, and because of numerous good reviews and they seem like a good balance of fast, forgiving and last longer than a normal radial. i know there probably not as fast as a regular radial and not as forgiving as a bias ply but i'll take a little more forgiving than a normal radial and a little faster than bias ply.
