I have a problem with my Racepak Sportsman. About 90% of the time it does not record a complete run and it stops at different amount of kbs. I have tried everything to duplicate the problem in my garage with no success. Racepak can only offer connecting 12v source direct to battery but this condition was not prevalent until this year. Anyone have a similar experience?

I've encountered this when there are too many runs stored on the data card .
Try erasing the card and making a test recording , should fix it .

I remove the runs after I download them to my laptop every day.

The other thing I have seen that causes this is shutting off the ignition (and thus the Sportsman) at the finish line - you loose 2-4 seconds of data and there seems to be no consistency on what item(s) you loose.
