What kind of performance gain can someone expect by going from 2:74 low gear to a 2:91 in a 74 Camaro running stock eliminator with a 350 and weighing 3740lbs.

I had two different transmission companies tell me .02-.04 in 60 ft.
depending on weight. The heavier the combo, the bigger the
gain. I was on the lighter side so I chose not to spend the money.
On a 3700 lb. car it might be worth it. J.R.
