Smile Re: Happy Veterans Day

We had breakfast with dad today. He served in the Navy during WW2. The diner gave 50% discounts to all veterans. Thanks to all who served.

I was drafted in 1966. I took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic. My oath does not have an expiration date.

Thank to all that serve and have served.

Thumbs up Re: Happy Veterans Day

I served from 1967-1971 on a nuclear submarine and 2 submarine rescue ships. I am proud to say that I am a Navy veteran!

A BIG Thank You to all who serve or have served

I, personally didn't serve due to a health condition, but my Dad was on Attu during WWII.

Since I wasn't selected to serve, I was honored to work for the U.S.P.S. during the late 60's and early 70's and helped get the mail to all who did serve during Vietnam. God bless all of you.
