They sure aren't making it easy to renew your subscription, let alone get your member discount applied. Has anyone figured out how to renew on the NHRA.TV site? Says my account expires tomorrow (2/8) but I see no option currently to renew.
Another disadvantage is it appears now only one person/device can be used at a time. Major downgrade for us...

NHRATV hasn't let me log in yet. Say's my password is invalid. I tried resetting it still no good. Multiple E mails back and forth and they can make it work yet. Sad.

Same situation for me. Says "bad password" - I reset it...says same thing...still no go...
Mark...who are you exchanging emails with? I can't even get the help page to accept my email inquiry... And yes I'm using Chrome... |

I had the same problem with my password from the All Access site. Just click on the forgot my password link and use a new password. This site requires minimum 8 characters, 1 capital, 1 lower case, and one special character also.
Mine works fine now. Dan

I am equating this to buying a new model car in its first year. Will observe from the side lines and hope any glitches are resolved before I sign up just for the Indy Nats coverage.

I sent an email to support@nhra.tv this morning and got an almost immediate response. Unfortunately the link to the password reset that they sent is supposed to result in an email being sent to me which has yet to arrive. I replied to the message stating I got nothing...name I'm dealing with is Alexey Pilyaev...
I'm not griping like is typical on this board...just providing info for others who may be in the same boat... |
