Is it possible for any racer who is there to give an update on what's happening??

They found Dragster and trailer. Body panels, tools generator, and TV were missing so far.

They tried to run Q1 for the nitro cars on a cold, green track. They ran about 15 funny cars and about half of the top fuelers. Out of all of that there was exactly one full pass, I think it was Matt Hagan, at 3.94.

They told most sportsman categories to put their cars away until tomorrow, including stock and super stock. They may yet send TD, TS and a couple of others down the track. And they'll probably still aim for another pro session, but I have my doubts it'll happen.

Looks like the fuel cars can't get down the track and most of the top fuelers did not run, I hope not another fiasco. Tom

Now it seems all sportsman categories get Q1 tomorrow morning and then into eliminations.

Looks like the fans got value from moneys spent, 1 out of 20 went A to B. I sure hope the fans got a 95% discount. Living in the south I still have difficulty doing percentages on my fingers and toes.

Not bad. They wound up with 51 stockers and 42 super stockers.

I'm not there, but a good friend of mine is a truck driver in the area and former racer. He texted me a photo 30 minutes ago and the windshield wipers were active.

Kind of ironic that the first annual "Magic Dry Nationals" sets a record for rainfall??
