The email is encouraging, at least they seem to have some interest in getting this right.
I've decided to see how this year goes; if it's not a lot better by the end of the year, I'll opt out for future years. |

It started late for me but worked fine after that except for something about a second session that caused me to have to exit and come back. No problems after that.
