I've been to indy a number of times in the 70's, 80's and 90's been on both sides of this.
It's always been class winners and top qualifiers. The L & N cars should race.
They've paid all the expenses to enter and travel. Never did I win class and not be able to race. How do these people go home and explain
what happened. Well Dad, I won class but I couldn't race because my car wasn't
fast enough.
