Temperature effects fuel vaporization along with how well the container its stored in is sealed. Use only metal , no plastic. Race fuels have different Vaporization rates. Read your fuel specs, there's a lot of information there that is useful.

Normally buy fuel at the track and then pour in the tank. Figure the metal tank would be more reactive than a plastic container. Have stored fuel in the Plastic Container between races. Not noticed any performance difference from gas stations over the certified NHRA fuels. |
