They did let it slide. As seen, he continued the race and slithered into the championship.

Well, I don't know about the club but I would have to say that the next time a Sportsman Racer "open hand shoves" another Sportsman Racer there is going to be the potential for a pretty good lawsuit if there is a fine or suspension.
