Really don't see what more you would need to know, you've got the flow test from the fastest 289 Ford SS/L on the planet........I wouldn't worry about more opinions, I'd just get to work. You also know it made 467 HP @ 7400 RPM STP on a SF dyno. First hand information.

Word is bond !! Thats really impressive for a 289 head !! What you need is a D 1 carburetor !! that picked some up about 3 tenths 25 years ago !! some have special "heads" n others got "special" carbs !!
