Might want to check for a Moldex piece.
Check with Adney Brown of Performance Crankshaft (Detroit Crankshaft) and get his opinion of comparing GM forging bearing last three numbers of 236 after fully prepping and nitriding. You can spend more $, but doubtful if you would get better reliable cranks. Regards, HB2 Dissident ![]() |

Forgot to include oil pan recommendation: Doug Lee of Engineuity in Miami, OK. Good secret to know about if you want to use aluminum.

Just a heads up, "Charlie" of Charlie's Oil Pans retired a few years ago and is living the good life in Florida. The gentleman that took over the business is not pursuing the building oil pans as of the last I knew.
