Deja vu several years ago when Aluise took NHRA to court for a similar issue after being tossed. Nobody won. All it did was create more friction between NHRA and even between racers. If Gulius and all the other engine guys did nothing wrong, there's no issue. But we have all heard it too many times in tech.

He probably should know the facts before he shoots off his mouth. I know the facts, and it's not something you "hear standing around in tech." In my father's 50 years racing NHRA Super Stock, he didn't depend on hearsay to form an opinion.
