NHRA should allow you to carry forward either your 2019 Divisonal points OR your 2020 Divisonal points, which either is greater for 2021.
It would allow racers who could not race many events in 2019 but plan to in 2020 , to compete in 2021 on a National level. Who |

I believe they currently average your last 2 or 3 years grade points if that average is more than last years grade points for a better chance at getting into a National.

Guys don't forget about the 3 year grade point combo/ averge thing . It was to help if you have one bad year & had to be parked for any reason . I could see it being a problem if you had been out of racing longer than 2 years & this was to be first year coming back . Take a look on your tech card on line & you can see it
