On my stickshift cars, I like the Redline Heavy Shockproof gear oil. Use the same or Medium Shockproof in my Jerico and G Force 4 speeds too.

for a stocker whatever is on sale ---just as long as its lightweight---change it out yearly unless you change rear differential--change gears or pull it out to check it --JUST DONT MIX DIFFERENT VISCOSITIES !!!!--FED 387
