If it was me I would have Diamond make 9 pistons to spec. send one to NHRA and the other 8 would go in the engine.

The stock pin, stock ring, journal sizes. I'm so over this I can't tell you. They questioned the piston from Diamond because it had 2mm rings. Yup! So Chrysler was suppose to send the spec sheet to probably Jeff Connelly. Whether that happened. I'm over it. The excepted crankshaft after I called is a stroked crank to make it a 426. I called Pat. He said it should have been put in there. Probably still there. |

So on the pistons, will Diamond not etch "NHRA" in the piston without acceptance even though they followed spec? Also it need to be said I'm certainly no expert I'm following along here too.
