I use the Moroso 20451 pan on mine. Fits well, but no room to spare on crossmember. Hangs a tick below crossmember as well. You will want the PAC conical springs #1427

I didn't think you could run that pan in stock? The sump is lowered. This is the pan I found however it won't fit on my Gen 6.

Get the Milodon 30710 NHRA accepted oil pan and send it to Stef's to have their trap door and scraper installed.

From the 2021 book

“OIL PAN
OEM or NHRA-accepted aftermarket replacement oil pan permitted, Windage trays and/or baffles permitted. Modifications of any kind prohibited.”

It seems to me sending a pan out to have modifications made may not be in accordance with the rule

You can modify the inside of the pan as you like

You may modify it internally. You may not modify it externally, such as to lower, lengthen, or widen the sump, or otherwise expand it.

The addition of baffles, trays, scrapers, etc, is legal.

FYI, Stef's had some REALLY nice pans on stock cores at PRI in 2019. We just couldn't seem to get them interested in talking to us. After a while, we just gave up.
