It might be a good "Dairy Queen" cam. I never drove anything on the street with one of these cams but for $100.00 how can you go wrong. the best thing about a used cam is it's broke in.

I would recommend dialing the cam it with a degree wheel and checking valve clearance at split overlap to make sure the piston is out of the way.

Isky brand new in the box has never been out been unwrapped
109* 1651 on the box.

TCS, just a guess, it might stand for Tri-City Special. Number on the box 041560-4 109. When we ground cranks I removed the fuel pump lobe.
