There should be a small hole on the back that says "All Reset" next to it. You push in on it with a tooth pick or something similar.

Thanks Angelo. Sorry it has taken me so long to respond, but I thought maybe I'd see you at MG. I had tried hitting that reset button, but it didn't work. Elroy Dame contacted me today and said that I now need to hit the Enter key, turn the unit off, then back on, and then hit any function key. I will give that a shot tonight.
