This has to be the quickest D/SA 1/8 MILE in the history of all drag racing. Prove me wrong. D/SA=10.04 ET AT ABOUT 700FT DA Last edited by MoJo Risen; 09-25-2021 at 04:35 PM. |

Great run for Logan Wernet in his 62' 383 two four barrel ride in the heads up second round run.. Rear wheel sixty foot time and appears he clicked it just a bit before the 1/4 mile line. 10.569.

Logan certainly has a great running car. He was prepared to run 10.54 during that pass.
Mr. Bennett had the car set up for a 10.33 during his match. Both Dusters perform incredibly well however, a certain Camaro remains the car to beat in D/SA. |

Not sure what very incorrect formula you’re using. In stock you have to know the car and combination to know what that would equate to. In a normal A/SA car 6.42 would be 104-105 mph and 10.18-10.21 at 128-130. In Mr. Bennett’s case his car doesn’t run the back half to go 130 mph. My estimate would be somewhere in the 10.25-10.27 range. Hatch went in the 6.20s to go 9.99 if I remember correctly.

Initially I used a tabulated board without 1/8 mile per hour. Looks like a 10.17 in D/SA. NOW THAT I USED WALLACE SITE WITH 1/8 MILE MPH. http://www.wallaceracing.com/8th-quarter.php |

The 9.99 run in D/SA was with the LD340 intake and some crazy good air. That intake is no longer available in the rule book. Jerry was a 10.23-10.25 pass I believe. We don't see these good conditions out west here. We use to when Sonoma was run earlier in the year.
