There are lots of parameters to be considered such as the weight of the vehicle, wheelbase, class, type of suspension, horsepower, and other factors.

After spending time scaling different cars for Stock, Super Stock, Comp Eliminator, Top Sportsman, and other classes putting the weight forward of the rear end is the best compromise and maintaining 52% to 54% of the weight in the nose.

All the Comp cars, and some of the Super Stockers had 4-Link.
The Stockers, and some of the Super Stockers had Calvert suspension.

You can add a certain Stock class section on your list: Factory Stock.
Upper control arms are adjustable (heim joints). Upper control arms brackets at the frame have 2 positions to add tuning. Lower control arms have bushed ends and only one hole on both brackets (frame and housing). But, I don’t see any rules regarding the holes position on those, neither rules regarding certain dimensions for those brackets. Also, I don’t see any rules regarding the length of those control arms.

For the best weight transfer hang it on a pole 10 feet in the air and 10 feet behind the car.
Since that is not very practical you should place the weight as high and as far to the rear as you can according to the rules.
