What happened to Divisional schedule release?

A very wise young lady told me weeks ago that there was a very good chance that Brainerd would not be hosting a Lucas oil series race in 2023. What a shame for the racers in that area. Again I will say, back in the good-old-days when the NHRA had some influence over it's tracks and owners, if you had a Natl. Event then you had to have a Div.. Apparently, Natl. Events don't make the money that they used to that it's worth having to have the Div. race.
