Radials need to be dead hooked with even then increasing pressure right off the hit to work consistently. Basically just like an automatic car leaves. If your car pounds the bias tires hard to make it leave it may not be able to hook radials. Good shocks, sorted suspension and data logging go a long ways.

It’s has to be faster. It’s been said a radial tire could be 1 tenths faster. Than a bias ply Good job

What rpm difference is there at the top end between bias and radial with the same rollout for each?
