1969 New York Match Race 'Hemi Dart vs. '427 Camaro'

The only proof I need as to which cars were faster us the NHRA classes.

Alloy block Camaros ran SS/C IN 1969 - in fact Jenkins lost to Vankes 65 Race Hemi in one at the Indy Nationals.

The Hemi Darts & Cudas ran in SS/B...their ETs were 4/10ths quicker than Jenkins SS/C car

Paul Ceasrine’s research has confirmed alloy block 427s raced in SS/C in 69

And yet ‘gurus’ like Doug Boyce (Arch Stanton) and Gary Glover still insist Jenkins never raced a ZL1 in 69.....but have not as yet, come up with an alternative JENKINS 69 SS/C combo.....
