I’ve got Asrospace on my bracket car and my stocker. With dual calipers on the rear. If your Aerospace equipt car is not rolling easy. First check that the calipers are centered on the rotors and the rotors are not warped. Can’t tell you how many I’ve seen where people say they drag. And they are not centered as per the instructions. Or the rotors have a ton of passes on them and are warped. If they are centered, rebuild the calipers with new seals. I have the opposite problem. Mine retract too easy. I had to put 2lb residual back pressure valves in my car. . And my master is way higher than the calipers.

Are you worried about rolling or stopping? Most all the tracks I’ve been to have very ample room to stop, almost could coast to the turn off. Of course drums aren’t as pretty as disc brakes.

If you are using drum brakes on the rear check the backing plate for stretched holes. It won’t make it roll any easier but it will make safe to race. The backing plate allows the shoes to hold the car on the starting line.

It stops and holds fine now. I'm just looking at what could be done to find some et. I would like to be more competitive with those newer corvettes around here if that's possible.

All of the Corvette’s are top shelf but one had a difficult time keeping it within the rules. Go figure.

Before the rule changed to allow aftermarket disc brakes we reinforced the backing plates, also because we used six cylinder 9" drum brakes at all four corners we coasted to the last turn off whenever we could. Excessive braking at the finish line was not my favorite manner of racing for obvious reasons. If I had my choice today I'd buy brakes from Lamb Components. Safety is priceless.
