If your uncle already has the Moroso spring, and he wants to give them a go, install them in the car 1st, before cutting anything off. Make sure the car is at the race weight. engine-trans -radiator- hood headers, all accessories, water etc., don't forget the driver weight. when that is all done cut the steering wheel full left to full right a few times to settle the suspension. Then look at it and see where it is. If you'd like it to be lower, you should cut no more than a quarter of a coil off at a time and reinstall/evaluate etc. Its a trial and error proceess, every car is a little different. Once you know what your car likes, it is easy to prepare a replacement set of springs when the time comes PS-(keep a notebook and write everything down)

Listen to Angelo, very sharp dude (my goomba) or if do not have the patience or time send your car to Kenny Koonce Jr in North Carolina and he will set up your whole suspension, front, back, 4 corners, etc....
