I stand corrected then.
I know, when I was helping out a bit on the Tbolt, about 6-7 years ago, they weren't allowed. That was source of movement that was not good.
Some of you might have noticed a bracket car or two with bad bushings. Seeing the front wheels move back and forth while staging was a REAL safety issue.
