Piedmont Race Moved To Saturday..

My head hurts....I'm not seeing the info I'm looking for on that flyer about Saturdays event. Will those Index classes be run in with the Stock/Super Stock Race? What is the payout structure and entry fees for the 7.00 Index Class?

Also, am I correct in my thinking that this Sunday is when there will be two points races in one day? I notice the schedule mentioned Stock/Super Stock Race - is that still on??

We're trying to figure out what we want to do - next week is the WFC at Bristol so Scott needs to get some seat time in the Coronet before we go there - so Volare on Saturday, Coronet on Sunday?

Or you could take the Volare to Bristol since he has been doing well in it... Don't know how much of a killer piece that is and how often yall freshen it. Just an idea.

We're double entered at Bristol - the Coronet is on alcohol so it will fair better.

Well I've tried this here alcohol and it don't taste real good, smells likes a Pina Colada but it does NOT taste like one!!

The Triad Thunder Series hosted by Piedmont Dragway and Avis Southerland have made a format change this weekend after talking to drivers about cost and fuel. This Race will be done as we did it in February with index's running togather as long as possible and the rest go to Pro Tree Eliminator.

Index's will be 5.30, 6.00, 6.49, 7.00, 7.49, 8.99 and PTE. All on one ladder from fastest index to slowest index then PTE.

If you come on Friday and Saturday you can race for free Saturday with a 20.00 two day pass. See Powerglide Pro Mods and Pro Tree Race for free. If you come on Saturday its 15.00 Gen admission and 5.00 to TNT, and you race for free. So 20.00 gets you in and race this weekend.

There is one purse and you will be put on a ladder after second round.

400 RU
200 Semi
100 1/4

This race is there because we feel the gas is hurting people and if we can pass something along maybe just maybe a few more will come.

Also Sunday we are running TOP FOOTBRAKE, JRS AND STREET.
