My opinion having the Moroso valve, it's the best option. You could just use a ball valve and turn it on in the morning and off before shutting down at the end of the day. Cheapest option but not near as effective as pre-oiling at every start up.

Moroso has good stuff. I'm sure there are cheaper (i.e. made by slave labor) alternatives. And wire the thing to a dedicated switch so you can control when it's open, and when it's not so it can recharge.
