Good Luck Yac, mine is back in Vegas for Summit 5/6 and MATS S/SS Combo then the RAD finish of my upgrade follows, so no heads up probably for you unless O'Connor magically shows up fixed.
You and Gary go get em from outfront my fellow slower brothers! I want to support Tucson (and the Association that supports us also), but same weekend scheduling as L V. hurts and not financially feasible for us more northern AZ racers involved in both brackets and class racing.

Scheduling is definitely tough when all the tracks out here race as much as as they can this time of year. Hopefully you had a good day at the summit race at Vegas. I have a similar conflict next week in Tucson with the MATS race. I?ll make it to that race one of these days.
We wrapped up day 1 with some pretty heavy winds and a red flag warning forcing racing to 1/8 mile for the day. We had 9 racers show up today. #1 qualifier was Tad Schei with a .006 light. In the finals we saw Mark Yacavone take the win in his EF/S escort over John Dourlet in his FGT/J Duster. Mark got $1200 and a California Car Cover gift certificate for his win. John got $500 for runner up, and Cyrus Bidwell got $100 for the semi finals. We start again tomorrow morning. The forecast calls for the winds to calm so hopefully we will be back to 1/4 mile action. Huge thanks to UEM pistons and California Car Cover for their support! Matt |

Great Job Yac! We also had to switch mid stream 2nd T.T. to 1/8 -mile due to high gusting winds.

Sunday had some great weather and we got to get back to 1/4 mile racing. We had 9 cars again today.
#1 qualifier was John Dourlet with a .003 light. John swept the day and closed out a great weekend taking the win in his FGT/J duster over Matt Hawk in his GT/OA Maverick. John got $1200 and a California Car Cover gift certificate for the win. Matt got $500 for runner up, and Mike Graham got $100 for the semi finals. Thanks to everyone for coming out and sticking through the wind on Saturday. Matt |

Hey Matt
Give a shout out to the 9 that showed up. I see in the pics Mike Graham, Bradford Peterson, the 66 fairlane Andy Kimball, the AMX I take it Jeff Lee still owns it? Looks like Fords were half of the field. Congrats to Yac and John on the WINS. Scheduling is difficult for us up here also, hard to get good dates without conflicting races. Do you guys have a Facebook page for your association? Keep it up guys
