You'd have to get a different housing and a different shaft (and gear) to get a GM HEI to plug into your Ford motor. I don't know if anyone makes a conversion kit, but I've never seen, heard, or read of any such thing.

They sell the GM style dizzy for Fords on Ebay for less than $50...bolt in no mods!!!

Are you serious? Does it come with a module and coil and everything?
I'll bet you a beer that it has a teal blue cap and is made by ProComp Electronics in China. If that suits you, go ahead, but I much prefer stuff that's made in the USA.
