im going to install a set of bbc aluminum heads, im going to install studs on header and valve cover gaskets..what thread lock or sealer should i use on aluminum heads as not to tear threads out if i need to remove studs...my first aluminum heads any good tips..

use only antisieze or ARP moly paste on any bolt or stud that does not go into water on an aluminum head. ....You can use a teflon paste on the intake studs if they go thru to the port to keep oil out of the port.. .............Always use antisieze on the spark plug threads. .......Tom

I would double nut them and let them bottom out to about 10 ft lbs. Not over tight, but tight enough to where they won't come out when you take the nut off. Antiseize on the spark plug and silicone on the heads bolts/studs that go in the block.
